I optimized the clinic’s public business profile to improve local search visibility and implemented a system encouraging clients to leave voluntary public reviews. I also designed promotional graphics used to communicate treatments and seasonal campaigns. As a result, the clinic experienced an increase in monthly client activity while improving its visibility online.
